1. What is Sea Moss?

2. What part of the world is your Sea Moss Sourced from? Our wild crafted Irish sea moss is sources from the unpolluted ocean waters of St Lucia.

3. What ingredients are used in your sea moss? Our organic sea moss gel is made purely from: Raw Sea Moss and natural Spring Water. Our Sea Moss only contains highest quality ingredients we'd give to your family and friends. We refuse to cut corners or compromise.

4. Is your sea moss gluten free? 

Yes, our sea moss is 100% gluten free, no nuts, no soy, no GMO, no chemicals, no dairy. It is fully plant based. 

5. How many tablespoons of the sea moss gel should I take? And how often?
As a dietary supplement, we suggest mixing 2 tablespoons with at least 12 ounces of liquid, for ideal taste and benefits.

6. Can you describe the taste of sea moss gel?

Pure sea moss gel (with no infusion) has more of an ocean-like “essence” than a taste. Imagine standing on a beach and taking in the ocean air, or if a cucumber came from the sea.

7. Does sea moss gel need to be refrigerated?
Yes, When your gel arrives, it may have become warm during the shipping process.  Please do not worry!  Sea moss is essentially gelatinous rock and does not age like normal food products. For best results and optimal consistency, refrigerate overnight before opening and keep refrigerated between uses.

8. How long will my sea moss gel stay fresh?
Our experience is that refrigerated sea moss gel is best if used within 12 weeks.

9. How long do the sea moss good for?
Sea moss can remain frozen for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

10. When should I expect to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Transit time for Standard/Ground shipping is 2-3 business days.  Next Day and 2nd Day shipping options are also available for faster delivery.

11. What if I have a problem with my order?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing support@mossboss.us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.  We are happy to resolve any issues or concerns with a full replacement or refund, if warranted.

12. Can I give Sea Moss to my children? 
Yes, sea moss is vegetable based product. Children can consume it with no hesitation. 

13. Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we only ship in Canada and United States for now. But as we grow we will ship worldwide. 

14. Can sea moss gel go bad? 

Yes, only if you do not refrigerate or freeze it. 

15. Can you freeze sea moss gel? 

Yes, you can.
