RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


RETURNS 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer care team by emailing support@mossboss.us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note due to the consumable nature of sea moss products, we don't accept returns. If we determine there is something wrong with the product we may offer you 50% refund. 

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or were damaged during transit. To be eligible for an order replacement, you must email us support@mossboss.us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us of the defective or damaged items.
